UP Teacher Recruitment 2018: Recruitment process for filling 69,000 posts of assistant teachers starts from today

ALLAHABAD: The exam conducting body, Examination Regulatory Authority (ERA), has invited online application for “Assistant Teachers Recruitment Examination-2019” for filling 69,000 vacancies in government primary schools, from Thursday noon.

After detection of irregularities in ATRE-2018, this time subjective pattern of exams has been replaced with objective pattern. Apart from it, the aspiring teachers would not be allowed to apply from two or more places and amend the application after its submission.

ERA issued the schedule of online application on Wednesday.
Secretary, ERA, Anil Bhushan Chaturvedi said that interested candidates could register online for filling up the applications from the official website
www.http://atrexam.upsdc.gov.in from December 6. On the same day, the fee could also be deposited through the specified bank.

Last day of online registration is December 20 till 6 pm while application fee could be submitted till December 21. The last date for taking the print out of completed application form is October 6.

Chaturvedi said aspirants would not be allowed to correct the mistakes in application forms after their submission.

“So they are advised to match the entry made in the form with that of original documents before online submitting the form. The candidates will also have to sign a declaration given in the application form that they have matched the entries and it is found to be correct,” he added.
